I can follow the Thames Valley University Syllabus which is part of LCM (London College of Music) .
The LCM examinations count onto the NQF(National Qualifications Framework) which means that candidates applying to UK universities through the UCAS system can increase their points tariff if they have been awarded a Pass or higher at Grades 6-8 in accredited subjects.
I also can follow the Rock School syllabus which for Grades 6, 7 and 8, you can supersize your university application, with up to 30 UCAS points awarded at Grade 8.
If you only want to learn specific topics or just learn some songs feel free to contact me too - I try to make learning fun and my lessons encouraging as much as possible.
I believe that I am a patient and enthusiastic Tutor .
My best advice for anyone who is beginning to play an instrument is to practice regularly with particularly focus on repetition .
I believe anybody can achieve results if they are willing to put enough effort into it.
I have facilities to record and monitor your musical achievements.
I have a purpose built Practice Room/Recording Studio where I hold my lessons but I also travel to students within 2 miles from my location.
Occasionally I can offer lessons outside the 2 miles boundaries if they are 2 hours lessons or group lessons.
My approach is CREATIVE and it will help you to develop your musical qualities that you have within yourself.
